Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email or WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective shipping carton, ensuring all certificates and tags are included.

  Shipping & Inspection

  Send the package back using a tracked and insured courier service; our gemologists will inspect the item for authenticity and condition upon arrival.

  Refund Processing

  Once the inspection is successful, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
