We offer a 14-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-designed jewelry and earrings are non-returnable for hygiene and personalization reasons.

Every Al Syed Jewellers piece comes with a 12-month manufacturing warranty that covers any defects in craftsmanship, excluding wear and tear or accidental damage.
